I visited the Wellington office of Premier Family Health for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Medical Assistant Antunette. She was absolutely wonderful, so kind, patient, and attentive while gathering all of my information. I brought my two daughters with me, and she went out of her way to make them feel comfortable as well. That day, I needed to get a shot and was feeling very nervous. Antunette showed genuine care and support, which helped calm my nerves right away. Everything was handled so quickly and smoothly that I barely even realized the shot was done! Her compassion and professionalism truly stood out, and she deserves recognition for the exceptional care and consideration she gives to her patients.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and responsiveness from this primary care office. Over the past several weeks I have made multiple attempts to contact the office regarding concerns about my family member’s care. Phone calls have gone unanswered, and messages left for both the doctor and the case managers have not been returned. I am listed on the patient’s paperwork with authorization to discuss their care with the office, yet despite following the proper channels, there has been no follow up or acknowledgment of the concerns raised. When you are responsible for advocating for a loved one’s health, being ignored by the very office that is supposed to be managing their care is incredibly frustrating and concerning. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire team is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their patients’ well-being. A special shoutout to the Patient Care Coordinator staff, who go above and beyond to make scheduling, follow-ups, and referrals simple and stress-free. Front desk clerks are okay, but my doctor barely looked at me while going over test results and immediately wanted to prescribe meds for a little elevated cholesterol. There was no conversation on what was good with my bloodworkThere was no question asked of foods I eat, my levels from last year, family history of high cholesterol, stroke, etc. I don’t think he even knew my name. Dr. Giselle Torres used to be my doctor and she was great. We conversated on any issues, she shared what was good, etc. I was told that the business was sold and many of the doctors left and doctors are quitting left and right. Dr. Torres did say she was leaving and now I see why. This is my last visit here. I’m never coming back. The service is horrible, no bedside manners. Good bye Dr. Mohammed.

My doctor is the best doctor ever. Dr. Fan Fan has been such a delight since I’ve been seeing her. I’ve been looking for a doctor 🧑🏽‍⚕️ that cares and listen and she does. She’s also a black doctor 🧑🏽‍⚕️ and she knows her job. Dr. Fan Fan assistant is the best and she is a great asset in the medical field. I have nothing but good things say.
