Dr. Lin has been great but there is a lot to be desired otherwise. Imagine having intense burning and pain in the area you had surgery in after you get put in a boot and you can’t get a call back or something to help with that pain. I’ve called back to speak to Lindsay 3 times (once left a message and twice waited on hold for over five minutes) because I’ve been concerned about pain and no call back. Pretty upsetting.

I had an appointment today to get a new pair of custom orthotics made. My foot doctor used to be with Family Foot Care and is now with Precision Orthopedics. I arrived, paid my co-pay and waited to go back. A female tech took me to an exam room and asked if I needed to see the doctor or did I just need to be cast for the new pair. I told her it had been two years since my last pair and I had back surgery last year so my step may have changed. She told me to take off my shoes and socks and she'd be right back. She returned and said I just want to advise you that it is our policy to collect a $200.00 deposit from you to get the orthotics. I told her that my insurance covers one pair 100% once a year. She hesitated and said I'm aware of that but it is our practice policy. Being rather confuse

The front desk staff scheduled me for an appointment and moved my appointment without notifying me from Friday to Monday. When I showed up the same lady that scheduled my appointment acted like she didn't know that she moved my appointment. She finally admitted that my appointment was moved and apologized. The problem is not that a mistake was made but she did not bother calling me and letting me know that the appointment was moved and she tried to act like she didn't know she moved the appointment because she made a mistake of scheduling my appointment when the doctor was unavailable. I told her that I was very upset, she never took accountability for her lack of communication and seemed indifferent only wanting to get back to eating her lunch. I love Dr. Rosa and he knows me well enough to know that if I’m coming to see him I have a problem and that’s how it’s been throughout all the years down here in Calver County. He’s a very good doctor and very understanding very personal.

My 1st time going to this office, I saw Dr Ramineni for hip pain. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. No bad issues and was recommended physical therapy and hydrocortisone shots for temporary relief. The office staff and techs were very nice. I would go back.
