I wish I could give zero stars! I showed up ahead of time for my FIRST TIME appointment, checked in online and no one was there! I sat outside for 22 mins, stayed 5 mins after my appointment time, and still no one showed up. This should not be the first impression you give for a first time patient. I will not be back.
I booked appointment for online with Dr. Okey Christopher Nwozo,MD because it stated he treats mental health but he’s not even a doctor. He asks for proof from another doctor with your diagnosis because he’s an intern and not even a doctor. I came to him to treat my ADHD and new anxiety medication. The doctor kept me on same anxiety medication that is basically a allergy medication. I actually have better results with allergy medication then my anxiety medication. Why take a medication that don’t work at all. Then for ADHD medication he wants letter from my doctor. why would I be on ADHD medication right now if I wasn’t ADHD why would you need a letter for it when the proof is right in front of you. Spoke with receptionist today, she was very rude. I spoke with the receptionist at this location. I informed her that I sent over the last document the doctor requested. She informed me that she had just got in from vacation and the doctor is not in so she does not know “where we at with that”. I responded and asked what does that mean she rudely responds. This escalated into her saying I act like I didn’t understand the first time. Now she is denying to inform doctor that I sent over my proof of diagnosis. I really hope Dr.Nwozo receives my documentation so I can get the help I need. I should not have to be denied help because his receptionist is having a bad day. He came highly referred.
The doctor is the only one who took me seriously an thank God he got the blood work I needed done he is on top of his game am so grateful to have found him ..
Dr.Nwozo is the best. He takes his time and listen to you.He is very carer. The staff is awesome .
