I had a cleaning done and I was really happy with the experience. The doctor was very thorough and attentive. They were careful with all the small details. The cleaning was gentle and I left feeling really well taken care of. I guess I’ll have to floss every day from now on!

I scheduled an 8am appointment. Cane in got an xray done and was told i needed a deep cleaning. Receptionist came to me with an estimate. I had to refuse the deep cleaning at that time because i had to pay out of pocket and i didnt have the money at the moment. Minutes later im told that the doctor is running late and there 1st appointment was at 10 so she wont be in until 10am. I find this weird that my appointment was at 8 and noone is there to service me. What if i had agreed to do the deep cleaning? Would someone be there to perform the cleaning? I am not happy with the service here. I wasted my time and was not told that the doctor wasnt here to perform the exam. I will not be returning here and i will be reporting my experience to my insurance company and making a formal complaint.
