This is an affordable urgent care that is especially useful for people without insurance. The visit costs $80 in 2025, which is the lowest cost in the area. They are also very kind, empathetic and fair. They they had to refer me to a different doctor and so they didn’t charge me for a visit. Thank you so much for your help and good attitude to patients 🙏😌

Was very please with the service they provide for my husband Jorge. The staff was friendly and polite. Time waiting was short, Physician was very polite and helpful and kept an up date on my husband's lab results. I really appreciate their service. Thank you Clinica Prompt.

I was seen by Dr. Shih.(very friendly and informative). Best experience at a walk-in clinic I've ever had. Receptionists were professional and helpful, Doctor assistant was great also. I was only there half an hour and left feeling like my concerns were heard, and also appropriate treatment was obtained. Prompt Medical Care will be my go to clinic from now on, definitely would recommend to everyone.

My experience in this clinic was great & very helpful! Not only were the staff kind but also very professional and what made me more comfortable with them was that had a sign outside of the building that said "Si habla espanol" and that showed me that this clinic is dedicated to helping anyone in need, even if they don't speak English. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help getting better!

Great clinic! The employees at the front desk are always welcoming and the doctors make sure you are well informed of your situation and provide the best care possible. They go above and beyond to treat you and I could not find a better place suited for me!
