Precision LTC Pharmacy

Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. Their delivery people show up AFTER MIDNIGHT smelling like they just came from a bar which is concerning because I'm pretty sure they are driving. And their attitudes when you ask if they can come earlier is extremely unprofessional.

Just had to file a complaint with my insurance as this is the 3rd time my delivery either didn’t come or was messed up in some way. I live in Manhattan so it’s impossible for me to come pick up the medications when they screw up. And they act like it’s no big deal to be available the next day for delivery as if people don’t work and can be home everyday between 3 and 8 pm. I have only been using them because one of my medications is extremely hard to find in stock but I will be looking for other options.

At first, I was happy with the pharmacy. However, the last couple of months I've had nothing but problems with them. There is no communication with customers or staff. I had a problem with running out of medications, due to their error, 4 times in the last month a half. You call them, they just yes you over and over and when you call them back to confirm they tell you something different. It is unacceptable customer service when you mess with people's medications. Contacted corporate and to no surprise-no response! I will never go back to them and I will let people know not to go there. Worst customer service ever!!

Customer service could be a lot better. Left me on hold for almost 20 minutes after she said hold on. I called back right away and got someone who is extremely rude. The actual pharmacist is more understanding and has better customer service experience.
