Genuine Smiles

I had a crown put in 18 months ago, and while Dr. Josie’s work was fine, the follow up is poor. I needed some help with the crown- and was told that they’d need to work with the lab that made the crown as well as my insurance and they’d get back to me regarding next steps. A little over two weeks passed and not a word. I reached out and was told that the lab wouldn’t be able to assist with the initial crown, but that they were waiting to hear from my insurance. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me. Now I’ve never had to reach out to Met Life but at this point if they’re still waiting it seems reasonable to think that they’d follow up to let me know. Again, Dr. Josie’s work was fine, but the follow up is no bueno.

In the search for a new dentist, I came across Genuine Smiles, which is very close to home and easy to get to. Our first time there and the staff was wonderful! They were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend this dentist office. My daughter was very comfortable with the dentist and was treated wonderful. thank you!

Dr. Josie is such a great, efficient, and personable dentist. When you first walk into her office, you feel welcome and put at ease. Dr. Josie brings a fun energy and works with you to ensure you are getting the best care. She is very encouraging and is vocal and direct when it comes to her services. She is also quite thorough and makes an effort to meet your dental needs. She took her time to show me and explain my dental issues in easy to understand language. Even though dental work can be uncomfortable, Dr. Josie does her best to minimize any discomfort. For example, prior to my cleaning, she asked about my gum sensitivity and proceeded with care based on my response! I really appreciated her considerate and friendly nature and time seem to fly by. Genuine Smiles provided the best dental care I’ve ever experienced in a long time. Dr. Josie is so kind and caring with her patients. The staff was friendly and fun and my teeth were well taken care of. Thank you for such a lovely experience and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get excellent dental care and a beautiful & healthy smile!
