Dr. Carlson is an exceptional audiologist. From the moment I arrived, she created a comfortable and welcoming environment with her wonderful bedside manner. She was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Dr. Carlson is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was completely honest and transparent throughout the appointment. I appreciated how carefully she evaluated everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. This office was easy to work with regarding answering insurance issues and there was no wait time. Dr. was nice and made the process comfortable.
