Precious Smiles provided exceptional care for my child. They were able to schedule a next-day appointment and promptly addressed issues that had been overlooked during a previous cleaning at another pediatric dentist. The entire team was warm, patient, and incredibly reassuring, making my child feel welcome and at ease throughout the visit. Their compassionate approach significantly reduced her anxiety about dental care. We’re truly grateful for their thoroughness and dedication to patient comfort.

I absolutely love the staff and dental office. I have been going here for years, as a child myself into my teens and now my child’s dental care is received here. Everyone is very friendly, comforting, and experienced. The dental office is clean and inviting. I love how they allow parents to sit nearby during cleanings or small dental work. I always recommend to my friends for their children’s dental health and needs. Definitely worth it to check out!

We had a wonderful experience at Precious Smiles of Virginia! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the professional, caring dental team, everything was top-notch. The staff took the time to walk me through each step of the procedure and made sure my son was comfortable, even putting on his favorite show during the visit. Dr. Williams was amazing and kept me updated throughout the appointment, checking in afterward to explain how everything went. I’m so impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire team!

I have taken my 3 year old on 3 different occasions to see Dr. McDonald. Although he does not enjoy the dentist, Precious Smiles always makes sure to make the experience as pleasant and quick as possible. We are always in and out in 30 mins and will continue to follow up with our check ups.

We’ve been coming here for 2 years and ALWAYS have an amazing bf experience! There’s never a long wait and they do a thorough but a quick exam to ensure kids aren’t having to wait around. We love the overhead TVs and the balloon and goody after. And everyone who works there is SO KIND. My daughter always asks to go back 🤣
