Prairie Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Thank you, Gabi for asking us to buy a turkey plate. The food was amazing and the delivery service was awesome. The counselor Gabi has a great personality and we enjoyed her charm and wittiness This will definitely be a facility we will look into in our older age And we really enjoyed the special touch of the turkey that was colored

This was my father’s second stay at prairie meadows due to him needing rehab. He talked about how friendly and professional the staff was at the rehab. His stays were short but he always mentioned how the staff genuinely took care of him and made him feel at home. The care at prairie meadows was excellent and I’d recommend this facility to anyone needing convalescent care.

Cecilia the activities director keeps the residents out in the community and keeps them active! We cannot forget about our elder community and she makes sure they are taken care of. Thank you to the prairie meadow staff.

This facility is very nice. Gabi is an amazing social worker she is so helpful and kind.

All of the staff have been amazing and take such good care of our family here. Definitely recommend!
