I love HEB pharmacy! Very efficient! Yes it is always very busy especially in the late afternoon, for those customers who complain about the slow service it is DEFINITELY NOT the pharmacy employees! Unfortunately I had pneumonia in December & am still fighting the aftermath, I have been to the ER nine times since then & my prescriptions that are called in by ER physicians ar ALWAYS ready that same day and if I visit the ER after hours my prescriptions are ready the very next day! I have noticed many times customers ahead of me in the drive thru are not ready to pay or have many questions for the employee, I always try to pre-pay online and when I am unable to I always have card in hand&ready to go when the drawer is extended. When you drive up to window give them your birth date first the

Drive thru needs to work on verbalizing actual communication to their customers, when customers can see you're doing something but you don't say anything to them and then you're handling your personal cell phone, I need my scripts but I also need to hear what is actually going on when you keep walking away from the window. Oh my goodness, you're working with sick people, where is the courtesy & friendly customer service💁

The worst customer service. Especially the pharmacist that have no compassion for a patient that’s in pain from miscarriage and grief. There option was to get out of line and go to end of line until my doc calls in with a dose clarification. All while I had the doctor on the phone already. Disgusting and inhumane. No integrity or heart. Both the old lady at the window and the male pharmacist. Disgraceful.

You will find the friendliest, most informative staff at Floresville Pharmacy. They answered every question I had. They were extremely busy but acted as if I was the only person there. Furthermore, they smiled and were happy to help. I love HEB Floresville pharmacy! They truly are....”The Best of the Best!”

My son just got out the hospital I was given prescriptions for his asthma. I felt so lost and scared that I wouldn't be able to get my son's prescription, I was told that my insurance was expired when I knew my insurance was not expired. I was told that no one could find my insurance and my computer system. I was feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, I wasn't going to leave that pharmacy without those prescriptions. I needed my son prescriptions. A sweet lady name lupita, an employee who works for the pharmacy department in floresville. Lupita help me find my insurance in the system and I feel so happy reassured and I was able to provide my son the medication that my 10 year son needed..she was very professional and experienced I just want to say thank you for all that you do lupita
