Dropped our primary medical and dental providers of 25+ years upon retiring recently. Now it came time for a dental check-up and had to choose a new local center that qualifies under my new retirement guidelines. We asked some trusted friends and Prairie Dental was the popular mention. Called in, asked questions, then actually popped in to make sure I was getting this right (avoid my misunderstandings). Thank you Tammy for your warm friendly welcome on the phone and in person too! It was easy to then commit and walked out after scheduling my upcoming appointment. I had an excellent experience with this dental office. The entire team was extremely professional, from the front desk staff to the dental specialists. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and everyone made the process smooth and comfortable. The front desk was especially friendly and efficient, making check-in and follow-up simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quality of care and professionalism—they make every visit a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love the staff here, always friendly to interact with. I’m a fairly a new patient. Been going here since August 2025, for cleaning. In August, they were able to get me in to remove my permit retainer In such short notice. Which I had when I was younger, it was just hoarding a lot of plaque and they were able to remove it safely, and in my opinion, no pain as well. I am a person who likes to get their teeth clean. I just never found the right place before now. Jennifer is the one who usually cleans my teeth and I love chitchatting with her. 🫶🏻

Made an appointment for a cleaning and a consult for work I needed to get done. I did so after checking with my dental insurance (Molina Medicare advantage with delta dental coverage), and with the scheduling person. I was told this was taken, I checked with delta dental’s website, again, after the fact, and I proceeded to go to said scheduled appointment, only to be told my insurance was NOT TAKEN. $158 out of pocket isn’t unreasonable, but, it meant putting off ANY dental care until I can get in with an office that doesn’t misrepresent their insurances accepted. And it meant having to walk out. I have been going to Prairie Dental for a long time. And I am always satisfied with the experience. Everyone is friendly, kind and gentle. It is clean and I always can get in. They are becoming more popular but if I have something urgent they usually can figure it out.
