We use all sorts of their services here. Dr Hayden is our dogs vet ( we have 3 dogs) and she is always attentive and listens to our concerns with each individual dog. She also always follows up the next day or a couple days later to see how our dogs are doing. We adopted a Saint Bernard puppy a little over a year ago and have been bringing her here from the moment we brought her home. The entire staff knows her by name as soon as I call in. We have used the doggy day care, boarding and vet care for her and it is her favorite place to go. They have seen her grow from the size of a spaghetti squash to a 120lb fluff ball of love. We've been taking our dogs there for a few years now. Yesterday, we had to take our precious girl there to send her over the Rainbow Bridge. The staff was so compassionate and caring. So sympathetic. Listened to our stories of her. She had declined so quickly and was fine when we took her there over the summer for a sprained leg. The process for her was painless and peaceful. They gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Rest in peace, Diana. You were the best and will always be in my heart.

much to expensive, the test that they run are outrageous expensive. ,the front staff were just snooty ,especially the older woman.. I know they see heartache everyday but still.....the young pretty doc was ok. but they just get under my skin. .it seems so heartless and like it's all about money. ..I think a veterinarian is one of the best income for a doctor. ..they know your going to do and spend everything u have to save your best furry friend. ..it's a no braine, when I walk in a vet you better bend over. and hold on. caues your gonna get it. .. 245bfor a damn blood test another 100 plus for a damn urine sample...the list goes on and on. then u wait 2 days for a result. then usually it's had news5hen it's a nightmare to try and decide. Vaccination, urine and blood draw for my Cooper. Bloodwork came back next day, no diabetes or other illness detected. Healthy senior boy! Dr. Peterson was very thorough in her exam, attentive and communicated well. Everyone at this practice is personable and really seem to love their jobs. Highly recommend Powell Animal Hospital!

We had a great visit. We did not have to wait for our appointment and everyone is so friendly and attentive. We have been clients of Powell Animal Hospital for 20 years and would not go anywhere else.
