The receptionist was rude at best. She kept asking for health insurance I didn't have. When I said I had no idea what that was, she said she would just put down that I refused to provide it. I told her my insurance card was virtual and when I said I could provide that, she said that wasn't good enough because she had to scan it in. I told her it was impossible to scan as my insurance doesn't provide a physical card. She said other people could provide it. I told her I worked from home and I didn't need a printer. She then informed me I needed to go to the library to print it out. It's 2023, I'm not who prints things anymore. It’s unfortunate that this lab facility is the closest and most convenient to my home. I need labs drawn at inconsistent times making it impossible to schedule an appointment. Every few months when I show up at 7 am for labs they send me away for not having an appointment and every time I have to call a supervisor to force them to draw my labs and explain I can’t make an appointment if I don’t know when I will need to have the blood work drawn. They are definitely not considerate to people with medical conditions.

My husband had to get a x-ray here and wow are the receptionists rude at the check in window. We went to the Boyertown window first across the room and they were so cheery and nice. Then got sent over to the crabby window. Not nice at all. Didn't want to answer any questions and closed the window after rudely telling me that she is busy and will get to us when she gets to us.

The most absolute worse care I have ever received! They almost killed me. Do not go there.
