Most of the staff is always kind and helpful. There is a lady that sits by the front door taking temperatures and she is just awefully hateful and rude every time I’ve come up there. She must have a miserable life. The other thing that is really upsetting and difficult about this place is if you miss your birth control appointment For whatever reason it will be a month before you can get back in. So now I have no birth control and my cycle will be out of whack. I’ll have to readjust to the side effects all over again. Very upsetting. Birth control is something that should be available at walk in. People are trying to protect themselves and their futures. Worst place I have ever been to. Lack of staff is no excuse to lose medical records. Wasted my time for over 45 days. Jacked up my birth control medication for over 3 months. Make you jump through all these hoops just for the same outcome. I will never be back. I would rather pop out a bunch of kids then deal with this bull ever again. They don’t even deserve one star! They are suppose to a service to the public who have low income. That’s such a joke.

I got the nexplanon implant there, when I got it everything was great. The doctor said in 6 months if I didn't like it I could have it removed. I went back a year later because I kept having problems, they refused to take it out saying I had to wait 3 years unless it was life or death. Had to go to another place to get it out.

My daughter got her COVID shot, she was scared but the nurse talked to her and she felt comfortable and didn't notice shot was given. Excellent, friendly employees

My first time coming here and they did wonderful. Staff was very polite and helpful. They had books and toys for the children to interact with while you wait
