Post Falls ER & Hospital

Can you enjoy going to the ER? I never thought so, until going here! I've now been here twice for different family member's issues, including a brief hospital stay, and I still cannot believe what an amazing place this is. You don't have to settle for long waits, uncompassionate doctors, or crowded lobbies. Literally, I didn't know healthcare could be this good. Each time I've been, there has been zero wait (like literally you walk in the door and you're talking to the doctor in 2 minutes). Before heading here for the most recent problem, I was at the Kootenai Health Urgent Care. They informed me I would need to wait more than two hours. I immediately left and came here, and can't believe that I even tried anywhere else! I especially love the fact that they are an independent, physician-o

First of all let me just say wow. What a nice clean facility I know it's new but it is definitely respected when things, walking in, smell and look clean. I was very impressed with how I was treated yesterday at Post Falls ER. Teresa greeted with me with a smile at the front office and helped me with all the paperwork. As soon as they heard my heart problems the girls ran to the front to assist. Bridget was an amazing RN, friendly fun and respectable. I didn't feel the IV go in and she was extremely talented at making me feel comfortable even though I was extremely painfully uncomfortable. Brooke was the tech who took my chest x-ray and what a sweet gentle soul walked me through each step. Last but not least, Dr Simpson. Thank you for the jokes here and there to bring a little laught

This is the second time I have been to Post Falls ER. I cannot say enough great things about them! This time was more of an emergency then the last time and they all remained so calm and so compassionate towards me. They worked fast to turn the allergic reaction around. They listened to me when I said I was still scared my reaction would return and told me I was fine to stay as long as I needed to feel comfortable. I will choose them time and time again for my ER needs!

We had a great experience here when we brought in our daughter for a concerning illness. The staff was amazing with her—very caring, friendly, and professional. They took the time to evaluate her thoroughly and made sure we had all the information we needed before heading home. They were also very accommodating to our family in the lobby, and the on-site billing process was quick and convenient. We’re grateful to have such a reliable ER close by and would absolutely return if we ever needed care again.

Never in my life have I been to an amazing ER. As soon as you check in the people were so friendly and helpful and I don't even think I waited 5 minutes in the lobby. They got me back right away the doctor's nurses and staff took really good care of me. They kept me updated on what was going on and what they were going to do and just made me feel very comfortable. Also a few days later I received a card in the mail hoping I was getting better and it was signed by the doctor and nurses and the staff, like that's unheard of this place is amazing and I wish I could give it more than five stars
