Liberty Oral and Facial Surgery

I usually am very nervous and not fond of going to a doctor or dentist, but this office is an exception. The doctor and especially his assistant Denise made this a very pleasant experience. They were friendly and competent and exceeded my expectations in all areas. I would highly recommend them and will be using them myself in the near future. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. McLelland and I have been to both the Spokane Valley and Post Falls office.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed at Liberty Oral and Facial Surgery, and honestly, they were amazing. I really dislike dental work, so I was pretty nervous going in, but the entire experience was way better than I expected. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and everyone made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Justin, Katie, and Dr. McLelland were fantastic. They took their time explaining each step of the procedure and what everything was for as we went along, which really helped calm my nerves. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I had plenty of time to ask questions and understand what was happening. Second experience with teen wisdom teeth extraction at this office. Dr. Bryan and his staff are top notch. When my son got sick from his first anesthesia experience, they were kind, attentive and made sure they did everything possible to help him. Daisy is a true gem - she’s going to be a wonderful RN -and she was supported by Karen and a younger fellow (I missed his name) who were great too. I appreciate the “during” support you receive from the team, but it’s the before and after support that’s perhaps even more helpful. Kuddos all around!

What an exceptional office! Dr. Mclelland and Daisy truly took amazing care of my daughter when she had to have her wisdom teeth out. It was quick and easy. I highly recommend this office if you have any oral surgery needs. Thank you Dr. Mclelland and team!

I went with my boyfriend to Liberty Oral and Facial Surgery for his wisdom teeth removal and stayed with him the whole time, and I was really impressed with how everything was handled. The staff was welcoming and kind, the office was clean and comfortable, and Justin, Katie, and Dr. McLelland were great about explaining what was happening and making sure he felt comfortable. They clearly cared about him as a person, not just a patient, and the follow-up emails with post-op instructions made taking care of him afterward so much easier. Overall, it was a smooth, reassuring experience and I’d absolutely recommend them.
