Betsy brought me back to life! I had developed an intense pain in my shoulder. One of those mysterious pains that you can’t pin to one incident, but rather to a string of small inconveniences that explodes to major issues. But who has time to deal with unexplained injuries? Betsy made time for me! She’s the best. In a few very comfortable and convenient appointments she got my shoulder back to normal and me feeling my best. Not only was I able to get through my day pain free, but more importantly I could sleep through the night again. Worth it! Do it and don’t regret it!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Betsy and Positive Impact PT overall! I originally went to see Betsy when I was ~6 weeks postpartum at a pop up postpartum rebuild class. During this class, I quickly realized that Betsy would be able to help alleviate and correct my pelvic floor/ postpartum physical issues. I immediately started seeing Betsy 1-1 weekly, and this truly is where my postpartum journey got immensely better! Betsy made me feel comfortable, heard, educated, reassured, encouraged, and SO much stronger week after week during my 1-1 visits. I wish I had her for my first postpartum season because she has made such a difference in my healing process the second time around. She has also helped my husband heal and recover from severe shoulder pain in just a couple of visits. 12/10 highly recommend.

I have been dealing with back issues for most of my life. Betsy gave me the foundational skills to strengthen my body to support my back.
