Aspen Dental - Rio Grande, NJ

I was very pleased with the services and professionalism at Aspen Dental in Rio Grande New Jersey. Jessica was amazing helping to navigate to difficulties involved with my insurance Coverage; this was not an easy task. She was very diligent, professional, patient and thorough. Yennery,Who handled x-rays, was the most efficient person in that capacity that I had ever encountered. Both Michelle and Tracey were the hygienists. Tracey did an amazing job. I needed deep gum, periodontal work done, and she was pleasant throughout the time I was in the dentist chair. The doctor himself, Dr Shawn, was also very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my entire experience.

We brought our teen daughter in to Aspen in Rio Grande to get a check up and a cleaning. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Brittany at the front desk greeted us with a friendly hello and made our check in process very easy. The dental assistant, Yenn, was great with my daughter. She was a little nervous going in, but Yenn and another staff member, Angel, made her feel comfortable right away. She was very gentle and talked through everything she was going to do. The hygienist, Michelle, did her cleaning. She talked her through the cleaning process step by step and even gave her tips on flossing with braces. Everyone went above and beyond 10/10!

When coming into the office at Aspen for the first time I was nervous to be in a new dental environment. Yennery, Tracey and Angel made my time at the office amazing. Angel greeting me with welcome arms as soon as I stepped in the back. She made me feel welcomed. Yennery took my X-rays, she made me feel comfortable as she was patient with me. She took her time and explained everything to me to keep me comfortable. Tracey the dental hygienist is the sweetest person I ever met. She made me feel like a #1 patient. She made sure my time at Aspen was beyond amazing. She educated me and took her time cleaning my teeth. The smile I left with at Aspen dental is because of these three ladies. As long as these ladies are there I 10/10 recommend.

Great experience across the board. I want to specifically thank Yennery for her gentle treatment. I'm a problem patient when it comes to dentistry, and Yennery was amazing. She put me at ease and showed empathy, kindness and professionalism. Dr. Shawn was fantastic, taking the time to pull up my x-rays, explain what I was seeing, and discuss a plan for moving forward. Finally, I want to thank Autumn for her friendly, positive, sympathetic approach to working out exactly how I was going to attack a rather long list of issues financially. Please, Aspen, do what it takes to keep such remarkable employees!

I was dreading having to get work done on my teeth but as soon as I got in the chair, Angel made me feel relaxed and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed the whole time. Dr Shawn did the procedure quick and painless. My thanks goes out to the entire team. Highly recommended
