Advocare Rainbow Pediatrics

Unlike other Medical providers, Advocare Rainbow is great at same day visits. I have never been turned down for a same day visit. This is absolutely wonderful when our little one is sick and we don't know what to do. We will take whatever doctor is available and we have never been disappointed. We love them all. We have visited EHT, Rio Grande and Clermont. The doctors float from office to office. We love them all. They are, to a person, all caring, compassionate and experienced. They love their patients and their job. They enjoy our child and have great bedside manners. The staff is great as well. Some places, being busy, try to rush you out the door. Not Rainbow! They always ask, " Is there anything else?" This moment can save us an extra trip. BTW, I am the son of a physician and admit

Can’t get my son’s prescription filled at the right place one place is asking 189$ while another ask for 45$ talk about price gouging yeah just one example of how the government works but yet an 8 year old goes without while a rich person gets their money good job

Billing department is a mess. Refuses to send a bill then office refuses to make an appointment for your child until you talk to billing. Best to go where the billing and care of the child are organized. It is always the best when the practice puts the care of your child first and hands you a bill as you are leaving so that you know what to pay. This has never happened. Watch this billing department if you go to this practice.

Spoke to Leah because my son has a lump on his breast so I was trying to get an appointment. Billing department has not sent a bill in over four years and before I can get my son help they want me to talk to a billing department. Where Rainbow is now going is completely wrong for the health of my child. It has become a clinic all about the money and not about the children. Back to Nemours because Rainbow Pediatrics does not put the health of the child first. Advocare has turned Rainbow Pediatrics into a money machine that does not care. I have been with them since 2007.
