Portland Audiology Clinic

Established patient. Have broken hearing aid. Unable to get anyone to return for an appt to get hearing aid! Very frustrating hard to accept. Had to find another AUDIOLOGIST who was able to provide an appt in same week and the repair was less than $100! Best medical appt in a long time! Will not return to Portland Audiology.

Dr. Beadles is absolutely amazing. I have had hearing difficulties for years and finally decided to take the leap and get tested. Sure enough, moderate to severe hearing loss. Dr. Beadles spent a lot of time going over my results. I so appreciate the no pressure approach and made the decision to buy hearing aids. I'm 2 weeks out from having them and I can't wait to experience everything I've been missing. My recommendation, don't wait - Dr. Beadles and staff are absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with.

I had recently moved to the area from Southern Oregon and my hearing aid was having some issues. Due to the recent move, I was not an established patient with any of the Audiologist clinics yet. I had done some research and saw that this office had quite a bit of great reviews. My boyfriend and I decided to walk into the clinic without a prior appointment. Right away, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I are Deaf and can only rely on lipreading. The audiologist overheard and came out to see what the problem was. He instantly offered to repair it even though I was not established with their office. I just had to fill out some basic information about myself. Doctor Martindale is awesome. She is kind and attentive to all of our consernes. The entire staff there makes you feel welcome. I completely recommend this place and their wonderful staff. GOD bless them

At Portland audiology clinic they want people to hear and hear well.They work with you to find the best options. Dr. Beadles worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied that the hearing aids I got were perfect. When something wasn't working he continued to fine tune. Dr. Beadles is patient and very good at listening to make sure that when you leave you have a smile and a feeling of satisfaction. Bottom line is that the staff at the clinic are professional and very caring. I would absolutely send any one with hearing issues to the Portland Audiology Clinic!!!!
