Dr Mock and the team were great. We’re visiting Fripp for the holiday and our golden retriever woke up with a gagging problem. Dr. Mock and the team met us outside and quickly confirmed there were no serious issues, just kennel cough. He subscribed some cough meds and we were on our way quickly. And their fees were very reasonable! Thank you Port Royal Vet for taking care of our Tucker!

Brought my ball python in for a checkup as he was having some issues and they were wonderful! They took the time listen to my concerns and gave me tips. They called shortly after our appointment to offer food as they had some come in during an emergency. They have also called me to follow up and see how he is doing and if I have any concerns. I will continue use them and recommend them. I’m a first time snake parent so I had a lot of concerns and questions and they put my mind at ease.

Quite literally the BEST vet we’ve ever had. The service is always quick and everyone here is so nice and informative. Any time anything had to be done it was explained in full and we were told straight up how much it would cost/the cost breakdown. We had to move states so we no longer go here but my husband and I always say that we wish we could have picked up this practice and brought it with us. The staff truly care about you and your pet. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

So my daughter took her cats she rescued from the cold to the vet to get a dewormer. They came up with the " oh I feel uncomfortable with them not having their rabies vaccine. Then they need other shots. She took them to deal with the worms. Not to come out of there giving them her paycheck. So I asked them for an itemized bill. And since when do you pay for needle disposal. That is your job. I think they took advantage of her being young. I won't make the mistake of taking them there again. Rip off. Just needed dewormer!!!!!

My poor sweet boy was not doing well last Saturday morning so I called Port Royal Veterinary and they rushed him right in. Turned out he had a bladder blockage/ infection and things were looking very bleak for him. The team that was there Dr. Houston, Sarah, Matt and Heather went above and beyond to care for my fur baby to the point of staying 2 hours after closing to make sure we were able to find an ER that would work with our budget and we were very taken care. Because of them, Leviosa was able to come back home after 72 hours in the hospital and he's doing extremely well with his recovery. I am so grateful for everyone here and highly recommend!!
