I’ve had several C&P exams with Jill Stevenson, and every experience has been outstanding. From the moment you walk in, she is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can immediately tell she truly cares about her patients, not just the process. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions with patience, and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on. Jill’s professionalism and compassion really set her apart — she turns what could be a stressful appointment into a positive and reassuring experience.

All I did is drive for 45 minutes to get to their office and deliver my hearing aids to return my hearing aids that were under warranty. The receptionist charged me $65 because it’s considered an office call. Office call for what? I handed her the hearing aids she asked me to sign a piece of paper and that’s it. I didn’t see Anyone but the receptionist. I feel the charge should be reversed on my credit card.

I came because I wanted an audiologist and the best hearing I could get and was clear from the start on my wishes. When I came to pick up my new hearing aids I was told it would be an additional $100 to fine tune them. That’s just wrong. So I learned that if you are Medicare ( I paid $2500) you don’t get the same benefits.

My R/h hearing aid quit working and was driving me nuts. Called on a Monday afternoon and asked if I could drop them off for them to look at. I left them there around 1:00 PM. Later that same day they called and said they had changed the receiver in it and it was fixed. I wasn’t able to pick it up until the next morning, but it’s working fine. Very quick, responsive service. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you!
