Went to portjefferson dermatologist. October12. 2025 for 1 acne spot on my face. PAID THEM VIA CREDIT CARD WAS 200 HUNDRED DOLLARS. FOR LESS THEN 10 MINUTES OF THEM GIVING LOCAL. TO SLICE OFF ACNE SPOT. I now get a boll for 83.50 for pathologist. To examine the slice of skin. On top of that. No report on what they found.. I went toportjefferson dermatologist . Maybe 2 years prior. For a deep cyst I had in my neck. PeterM Llien was Dr who removed it in office. DID GREAT JOB.. THAT I PAID FOR. OUT OF POCKET. WAS 250 DOLLARS. AND THAT INCLUDED STICHES. AN PATHOLOGISTS REPORT. SO I AM PAYING ALMOST SAME AMOUNT FOR A INFLAMMED PIMPLE. THAT SLICED OFF. Stay away from corporate dermatologist. I will be finding a local dermatologist. First time in this office and had a great experience. Dr. Rizzo was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and took the time to explain herself. Very caring and thorough. I was very satisfied and highly recommend seeing Dr. Rizzo when coming to the office!

Saw Dr Rizzo for the first time. She was horrible. So rushed, I was there to get a full body check. She didn't even do that. was in and out of the room in less than 5min.and I will not go back after being treated like that. Wish I could get my copay back. I paid for nothing!

I referred my husband to this office. When I called to make his appointment, I explained that I had previously been a patient. At the time I was a patient, I did not have insurance and I was told the first visit would be $150 and any follow ups would be $100. I visited the office once and was charged $150, as stated. When I called to make my husband’s appointment, I asked if this was still the case. I explained that we now have insurance and I specifically asked how much the visit would cost. I was told without insurance the visit was $150, but with insurance it would be less. I provided my insurance information, which they verified they accepted, and they said it would be less but they could not provide me with the exact amount. My husband went in for a full body exam at the end of Januar

Just talked to billing, and a very sweet helpful lady explained everything I needed to know. Aside the insurance issues on my part, my actual visit with the DR was very positive he was kind and helped me with a really bad eyelid eczema.
