The process flow is very easy to follow and well organized. All appointments are impressively timely and the communication of health providers is informative and laterally agreeable. The facility is clean and staff goes out of their way to assist and answer any questions or concerns one may have. I feel in great hands being a patient and following providers care plans at PBRMC. Blessed and counting! 🙏

My first time being at the new hospital and I was so pleased with the whole experience. I was treated so well by the registration staff. The pre-op testing nurse was so kind and caring. The outpatient department nurses and care team were so awesome!! And Dr. Vanlandingham is amazing!!!

The one day surgery team did a phenomenal job making my treatment plan indidualized. This was the first time I had minimal adverse effects from anesthesia. I feel like they listened to my concerns and did everything they could to make my procedure and recovery as smooth as possible.

My husband had to have 2 units of blood administered. Fortunately we were able to have it done at Same Day Surgery at Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. Emily our charge nurse was very thorough and explained the importance of cross checking for the correct blood type. Even though the process takes a while, the entire staff was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility for a blood transfusion.

I went in presenting signs of a stroke. I was left in the wait room for 30 mins before I was seen by anyone. The staff was extremely rude to me because the episode had happened the day before but I waited to go in because I was scared. Dr.brown wrote it off as period problems or a fainting episode. I was crying telling him i couldn’t find my words and what was happening wasn’t normal and I asked for a referral he yelled at me and asked why because I saw an er doctor. I lost vision the next day and went to a different er. I reported to them what Dr.brown did. I will be reaching out to whoever I need to report this once I am recovered. I apologize for the lack of details but as I said, I’m still struggling to find my words and your doctors didn’t care to help when I was scared.
