East Side Pharmacy

I loved this place until some younger gentleman answered the phone when I was just trying to see if my medications were there because the doctor send in 1 a day when it was supposed to be 3. I called the Dr office and they said they would get with the doctor about it. I later got an email saying “check my prescriptions” but didn’t say if they sent it in. So I called the pharmacy to see if it was there and after being out on a long hold this what sounded like a younger gentleman tells me in a very demeaning tone that they are going to have to call the Dr office for confirmation. Now that I understand and accept but then he proceeds to tell me that I need to take the medication as prescribed. Who says I wasn’t taking them as prescribed? Wonderful pharmacy! Extremely competent, thoughtful pharmacist and helpful, pleasant staff. This pharmacy has always been the epitome of a hometown pharmacy that cares about its clients.

30 years & still a very loyal customer!

My daughter called her prescription in on Friday and just got it at 5 pm FOUR days later. Thanks for letting her have a seizure because she ran completely out of medicine. We've lost a few of our relatives from seizures. It's a very bad disease. You've been her pharmacy for a while now and you know what medicine she is going to need. Why do you continuously run out of stock on it..... Ticked off momma My daughter takes Briviact and Felbamate. Google shows that there is No shortage at this time. Yes she has to have delivery. She has never been allowed to drive because of uncontrollable seizures. And yes she blames herself for not calling it in sooner. Do you know how epilepsy effects the brain? And epilepsy medicine side effects as well.
