Key Drugs

I recently stopped using Key Drugs after a disappointing experience, particularly following the closure of their Barron Road location. The service quality declined significantly, with most staff members coming across as unfriendly and unapproachable. Calling the pharmacy was especially frustrating—my inquiries were often met with sighs and a tone that made me feel like an inconvenience. When I decided to transfer all 25 of my prescriptions to another pharmacy, Key Drugs showed no concern or interest in retaining my business. Unlike most businesses that might inquire about the reason for leaving, I received no follow-up or acknowledgment. Very rude and argumentative delivery driver copped an attitude the minute she stepped out of the vehicle. Very unprofessional attitude. Refused to deliver some of my husbands needed Diabetes medication because his insurance didn’t pay enough to make it worthwhile for them. I have transferred all of our medication to another pharmacy and hope I never have to deal with Key Drugs again!

Pharmacy has a lot of people working . Wait time is minimal and the staff is very friendly and helpful . Many times, you can wait for your prescription to be filled or call it in, and they will text you when it's ready .

Absolutely disgusting behavior when. Allied about very private medical supply’s was rude and said only take cash patients not Medicaid do not shop at this old outdated pharmacy Be aware they don’t care

I am very disappointed with Key Drugs. They are incompetent. Always have issues with them every time. Had magic mouthwash called in and they told me give them 15 minutes so they could make it. I left and was going to come back. Someone called me from the pharmacy and said they do not have it and it’s on back order. One woman was argumentative with me when I told her I was just there and someone told me they did in fact have it and they were making the solution. I then called to have the prescription transferred to Eastside pharmacy and the woman then stated they DID have it and she has one bottle left and she will make it. Within minutes, I received a call again stating they did NOT have it. Very unprofessional and incompetent.
