The most despicable interaction I have had with a doctor’s office ever. Very rude staff who is not interested in helping regular patients in need of medication. Supposedly the office manager spoke to the doctor as well and she refused to prescribe medication I need for a chronic rash that I’ve had prescribed many times before by same dr. This is all because I hadn’t seen her in a year (even though I have a appointment to see her for a physical in less than 10 days). What a shameful policy. Truly unprecedented, I would never go see this doctor again.

Dr. Pomerantz is an incredible doctor. I’ve been seeing her for years. I’ve always felt comfortable under her care. She never tries to sell me on anything. She always wants what’s best for my skin health.

Okay this place literally needs a prize for their outstanding medical service. The doctor I see, Lauren, is the sweetest and also very knowledgeable. My skin has improved greatly since I saw her. You know how appointments usually go: you waited 20 mins to be called in, and the doctor’s in room for like 3 mins. This practice is not like that. Dr. Lauren sits down, listens to your concerns, and discusses the treatment plan with you. Best dermatologist I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen plenty! One advice, I think you are gonna benefit greatly from better publicity & website!

Not worth going back here. In this day and age, a $50 cancellation fee is ridiculous. I couldn't get an appointment for months, so when the day of appointment finally came, my daughter has been sick and home from daycare, so I was unable to come into NYC for the day. I tried calling on Tuesday but they are closed and was afraid leaving a message wouldn't get through. The woman I spoke to was so rude when I needed to cancel and referred me to the messaging system. Unbelievable the lack of flexibility considering how long in advance you need to make an appointment.
