Point Forward Physical Therapy

I was referred her by my PCP for neck pain. I had my first appointment set up in less than a week, with multiple future appointments already in the books for easy scheduling. The Physical Therapist is thorough. I appreciate all the different knowledge and tools they have after my first appointment. I have faith that it will improve.

He is very understanding and supportive of my specific situation. The clinic is clean, well-equipped and has a positive atmosphere that makes each visit comfortable and enjoyable. For a first time Physical Therapy patient, not only was I in pain, but I was also nervous for my appointment. When I first walked into Point Forward Physical Therapy, I immediately felt the comfort of the atmosphere as I was welcomed in. The front desk lady is an absolute doll and so helpful and calm, she had me feeling at ease seconds after walking in. My Physical Therapist, Damon is outstanding. He is so knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain things and when you are there, you are his only focus. Great Place for Physical Therapy.

Point Forward PT is very professional. John was very helpful, friendly from the day I stopped in. PT at Aspirus were awful, unable to assist me in ample time & kept loosing my paperwork. My therapist Kendra is very good with me and my needs. & receptionist Vanessa is always top notch. I would recommend Point Forward PT to anyone.
