Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable here! My problems have been addressed very quickly and seamlessly. The chairs are also very comfortable, which is a plus when you are sitting/laying in them for even just a short period of time.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office. They’ve seen us through many stages of treatment with our daughter, and every step of the way they’ve been kind, patient, and understanding. They take the time to explain everything not only in a way we can understand, but also in a way she understands, which makes the whole process feel comfortable and not scary for her. We are so grateful for the care they provide and highly recommend them.

This place truly works wonders. There is nothing bad to be said. When I started my journey 2 years ago, I was of course nervous about the whole process. I thought I didn’t need braces, but now that my teeth are finished, I couldn’t thank them enough! I am more confident in myself and that was all thanks to Dr. Ostertag and his team. Every time I broke a bracket, they made sure it was fixed before my teeth started to shift. (4 times, same care!) While I was in the chair, it felt like I was conversing with a friend that remembered everything I said 6 weeks ago! Plus we always had a good laugh when it came to Dr. Ostertag and his skydiving lessons. We were fortunate to have both of our daughters under the orthodontic care of Dr. Ostertag and the Central Orthodontic Specialists staff at the same time. Throughout the entire process they were completely at ease with the team and had only good things to say after each appointment. Dr. Ostertag took his time in treating their unique needs, making detailed adjustments along the way. Professional, friendly, great communication.
