Front office is excellent. Everyone is very friendly. Dr Varnerr does not leave you sitting forever like some offices do They’re very attentive to their patients. I will definitely recommend them.

I made a 3 month follow up appointment on my first visit. After my 45 minute drive to Mineral Wells I found an empty office, door unlocked, reception window open, and nobody there. Any crook could have gone in and stolen anything not tied down. After 15 minutes I left, never to return. Needs a zero star! update: PA of Texas called 3 days later to apologize but would not pay me directly for time or expenses. So, how sorry are they?

Always treated nicely and am happy with this office. Employees and Doctors treat you with respect. They take the time to explain things to you.

From the front desk, nurse preparation, and Dr Varner A+. Check in was quick and ran smoothly for a new patient sign in. She was personable and had a great attitude. The nurse came and got me in less than 5 minutes from sign in. The nurse was friendly and attentive and listened to all my concerns. Dr Varner arrived 5 minutes in and was super knowledgeable, heard all of my concerns and related to me on a personal level. She gave me hope to be pain free and developed a great plan to get me there. 5 out of 5 and highly recommend Podiatry Assoc.

From appointment setting to check out the service from Dr. Varner and staff was first class. They are very thorough and offer many treatment options. I particularly like that they offer state-of-the-art therapies with great outcomes. I highly recommend this practice.
