Palo Pinto Nursing Center

We love this nursing center . It is very clean and feels like home . All nurses especially Pam and Carrie which Is over the nursing center are the best . They and anyone you speak with are very friendly and helpful . Very much appreciated. Chuck and Debra

My mother has been living at Palo Pinto Nursing Center for over a year. She suffers from dementia and is also wheelchair bound. I live five hours away, so it was difficult to leave my mom in the care of a nursing home knowing I am so far away. However, I have been so very happy with the exceptional care that she receives there. The staff is amazing! They are very communicative and call me anytime there is any change to her care. They also conference call with me so that I can participate in her care plan meetings long distance. Everyone I have dealt with there has been nothing but compassionate and caring. When I visit, the place is always clean and she is happy and well taken care of. I am so very grateful for this place and how amazing they are!

Having out-patient rehab here at Palo Pinto Nursing Center is very helpful as I regain both my strength and equilibrium from my recent stroke. Davis and Hannah have been very helpful in teaching me how to properly use my walker and maintain my balance. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or round-the-clock nursing care. Several of my friends, relatives and my wife have used them in the past.

I highly recommend PPNC especially for the loved ones that are in the need for intense therapy or not. When I checked in about 2 years ago I could not walk,stand or get in and out of bed by myself.Now with the help of a walker I can do all that on my own. When I was not under the care of the Therapist I was more than comfortable with the help of the CNA’s having to help me with all my daily activities. Other than the best therapist and CNAs they have great nurses and a great Resident Dr. I’m now able to do 75% of my daily activities with no assistance.

My aunt has lived here for 2 months. The staff is very friendly and know her by name. The facility is small and personable. I like that everyone knows everyone. The director will call and text me if my aunts needs anything. I also appreciate that they are active on Facebook, to show all the activities. I believe the staff truly cares for all their residents.
