Integrity Urgent Care - Mineral Wells

I visited this urgent care in Mineral Wells after a friend recommended it to me. He was right. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful , and easy to understand. There wasn’t a long wait before getting to see the doctor. She was very helpful and seemed to care about my problem. She even looked up to make sure what she was about to prescribe wouldn’t react with what I was already on. She was very helpful and my condition was better very quickly. This was such a pleasant change from some of the other urgent cares I have experienced over the past years, I highly recommend this urgent care in Mineral Wells. I will return there if the need arises.

I wish there was a 1000 stars to rate! This was my 2nd visit to Integrity UC. The first time I took my mom (93y/o) they treated her fast and efficiently and had medicine to be picked up very fast! She had a double ear infection that was causing her vertigo. So, I got her in and out in no time at all! Got her meds and took her home to rest! It was great. The second time , I had to be seen. As before its was fast, efficient. I checked in, was seen, got labs and treatment injections , rx’s sent in . All in under an hour! Maria, the NP was top notch !! She had a wonderful, caring attitude and covered all the bases to get me treated properly, and out the door! Loved her bed side manner. She listened to me, she heard me and treated me better than I have ever experienced at any other facilit

Integrity Urgent Care in Mineral Wells is fantastic when care for your family is needed. We were helped at the front by a sweet young lady. She was efficient and kind and you can tell that she cares about what she's doing and about you, the patient.. Daniel and Maria provided such excellent care, shared their knowledge with us and took such good care of my husband. I can't say enough kind words about this place or the great folks that work here. Excellent care. Online check-in. Fast. I experienced no wait at all. They strive to make it a truly painless and pleasant experience. I Definitely recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

Because of my injury and it being workman's comp the staff took me seriously and have done the best they can with workman's comp limitations. I do feel that I was cared for. It was because my injury happened at work I have had to prolong my pain. Urgent Care has done the most they are capable of. I do want to thank the staff for treating me so well. I have been going to them for several months now and they have consistently been efficient, caring and consistent. I do feel cared for. I would recommend this clinic and staff to anyone in need of medical assistance.
