Great for getting seen quickly but not for actual diagnosis. Saturday all agreed he was sick but narrowing it down was critical. The doctor stated she wouldn’t do any rapid tests except strep because she claimed they are unreliable (either the company they use provides faulty tests or she is just wrong). Swabs were sent in for PCR testing. My attempts to get the results were unsuccessful- their app and their website wouldn’t let me in, demanding new passwords without success. I called Sunday and was told I had to use their app and even after I explained that it is broken I still wasn’t given test results. It is now Monday. No follow up, no access to results, no phone calls. But my son got significantly worse on Sunday and breathing issues that I had to call 911 and he was admitted to hosp

We've been several times for toddler illness and injury. Every visit we have received excellent care. Everyone is gracious and professional - front desk, nurses, and doctors. They are kind and patient with our child and answer all of our many questions. We are so grateful to be able to go here rather than an adult urgent care. It's also great to be able to book an appt online so we can basically do the waiting time at home instead of in the waiting room (their site also says how long the wait is for walk-ins, which is helpful as well). Highly recommend!

We had a really tough week as our daughter fell severely sick with high fever, cold, and a terrible cough. Hearing her say “Daddy, it’s paining in my heart” while struggling to breathe was one of the most heartbreaking moments of my life. We took her to PM Pediatrics, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention she received. The staff was gentle, patient, and thorough. The doctors quickly diagnosed her condition, prescribed the right medications, and recommended nebulizer treatment that brought her much-needed relief. She’s finally on the road to recovery, and we are so thankful for the team at PM Pediatrics for helping her feel better. Highly recommend this place for pediatric urgent care — they handled everything with professionalism and compassion.

Everyone who works here is special. From the check-in receptionist to the nurse to the incredible Dr Laiyla. They took such good care of us. We did have to wait quite a bit but I understand especially during cold and flu season. The fact is, they don’t rush you and treat you with the utmost care- that’s worth the wait. . I’m really happy we found this place.

PM Pediatrics was nothing short of heaven-sent! We were unable to get an appointment with our regular pediatrician, so we scheduled a late-night visit for our 2-year-old in Cary. The Morrisville location even called to let us know they could see us sooner, which was such a relief. From start to finish, everything went smoothly.
