PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We've used PM Pediatrics several times since 2021 and have always had positive experiences. I love that you can book an appointment online very easily. The hours are great and they are open every day of the year. We have never had an issue with the staff. Overall, great experiences. Most recently, our child became sick over a holiday weekend - we were able to get him in first thing in the morning. He was seen immediately, all staff was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as kind to our child. The staff listened to me and didn't second guess when I said I thought it was strep - they tested him immediately and then did the full check up. We got our prescription and clear instructions, and they answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Wait wasn't too long for a Sunday night. Staff was friendly and the doctor had the best bedside manner. Took care of everything and we were out the door, but not in a rushed way. Will come here again for any after hours care!

I took 2 of my kids on separate occasions. Each time the staff took great care of them. They were very concerned with their wellbeing and wanting them to get the proper treatment to help them feel better. The drs and staff made the experience as pleasant and painless as possible. We were easily able to get an appointment via their website and the visits were quick. We will definitely be seeking their help in the future.

I took my child here one evening and had a very concerning experience. When we arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk. After waiting for a while, the receptionist finally came out eating, which felt very unprofessional. When we were eventually called back, we were placed in an exam room to wait for the doctor. The doctor came in, looked at my daughter’s rash on her torso, and then stepped out. After returning, she handed me paperwork and said my child had scabies and prescribed a cream. The entire interaction felt rushed, and it honestly felt like the diagnosis was made without much evaluation. I felt uneasy because scabies is highly contagious, and no one else in our family had any symptoms. Trusting my instincts, I scheduled an appointment with her primary care doctor a coup

My son received excellent medical treatment here. I took him in last October, and he was seen quickly and got a prescription that cleared up his problem in just a few days. The staff was very kind and good with children. So I'm sad that I have to give them a one-star review for the actions of their billing department. When I took my son in, I had just changed jobs and didn't have an insurance card yet. I paid out-of-pocket, and they gave me assurance that they'd bill my insurance and reimburse me later. They billed the wrong insurance, so it took longer than usual for me to get my explanation of benefits. Eventually, I did get confirmation that PM Pediatrics billed my insurance.
