PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I love this place, everyone is so nice Nicholas is the best, attentive, polite, sweet, caring and very professional. The doctors also are great. Place always clean and you feel welcome since you step in the office.

I scheduled the appointment online and was not informed in advance that I would be required to keep a credit card on file. When I arrived, I was told that I had to leave a credit card so they could charge me for any additional balances beyond my co-pay. I explained that I was happy to pay my co-pay at the visit and preferred to be billed for any remaining balance. I was then told that if I refused to leave a credit card on file, my son would not be seen and I would still be charged a cancellation fee. I do not feel comfortable providing a credit card for open-ended charges without knowing the amount in advance. This policy was not clearly communicated beforehand, and I do not believe it is appropriate to require it under those circumstances. The lady at the front was not helpful and fra

First time needing urgent care for my toddler, and this place was wonderful!! I called ahead to make sure they accept my son's insurance and even over the phone their warmth and care for people showed. The facility is clean and well decorated with so many fun things to capture a toddler's attention. The doctor we saw was super sweet and had excellent rapport with my son even though we came in an hour before closing. She was knowledgeable and did excellent explaining to me the procedure and the after visit care. I'm so relieved to have found this place!! We were in and out of there in about 35 minutes. Would recommend PM Peds to anyone!

I have been going to this Pediatric urgent care for some time now and I always receive quality and fast service starting from the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Good service is consistent. I don’t hesitate going there with my kids ever. I recommend!

Took my son in for an earache, and this pediatric urgent care was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond from start to finish. Truly exceptional care. I highly recommend them
