PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We arrived about 10 minutes before closing time, and the team did not turn us away. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to my daughter, and we never felt rushed. The doctor prescribed medication that quickly helped her cough, which brought us great relief. We are truly grateful that the staff stayed after hours to care for our sick child. Exceptional service and genuine compassion—thank you so very much!

I’ve had to bring my kids here three times over the past two months and I’ve had a pleasant experience each time. No one wants to have to bring their child to urgent care, but I’m glad to know that if I have to do so I’ll be able to bring them here. All the staff from the front desk to the providers have been helpful, courteous, efficient, and great with the kids. The wait has never been unreasonable, even when I had to come as a walk-in, and the staff at the front make checking in pretty painless. If you need to take your kids to an urgent care, I highly recommend PM Pediatrics.

Well, this was the first time I had to bring my daughter due to an injury. They welcome walk-ins, but I was able to easily schedule an appointment at a convenient time for myself. I was unable to make the scheduled time and they were still very flexible and worked around it and it was still quick and seamless. The doctor was very friendly clear and concise. The nurses and other medical staff are extremely friendly as well. Very good experience and I hope I don't have to be back but if I did have to go to urgent care again for my daughter I would certainly go there again wonderful experience.

We had an excellent experience during our recent visit to PM pediatric urgent care. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit much easier, especially with a child. The doctor and nurse who attended to my child were highly professional, attentive, and efficient. They quickly identified the issue and provided the right care without any delay. I truly appreciate the quality of service and would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

The team at PM Pediatric was absolutely amazing. We ended up getting an appointment on a Sunday night. Though we showed up on time, we did have to still wait a little longer than expected with someone who has an appointment. In their defense the waiting room was quite busy, but i am unsure why appointments are made if they cant stick to them, give or take 15 minutes. With that said, the wait was worth it. The whole team we interacted with was professional and super good with my 3 year old son... from the front desk, to the nurses, to the RN who finally over saw everything. They were very informative along the way, to both me and my son. My son was quite sick and they made it as enjoyable a situation as possible... and he even got a dinosaur sticker at the end to boot.
