New location is light filled and effeciently laid out. The staff is also very effecient in serving patients quickly and courteously. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. Subsequent tasks were promptly followed up. Great balance of kindness, effeciency and expertise. Ms. Ghobrial was very welcoming and capable. She answered all my questions and knew what she was doing. She is a very skilled clinician with excellent patient communication skills.

The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and had me checked in instantly—no delays, no waiting-room limbo. Dr. Ghobrial walked in right on time, introduced herself with genuine kindness, and gave me her full attention. She listened carefully as I spoke, asked thoughtful questions, and never rushed a single moment.
