Pleasant View Healthcare Center

My dad has now been at this facility for 2 1/2 years and our family could not be happier with the care he receives. All levels of the staff, from the front desk to management, have all been amazing to interact with. Keep up the great work Pleasant View….all of you are like family to us!

This facility has been such a blessing. The last few years I had constant worry about my father living alone and then he had to be placed in a nursing home and was absolutely miserable there it broke my heart. Then we found Pleasant View. My father quickly got to know the staff and created great relationships with them. They are extremely caring and do so much to assist with my father's many health problems. We have seen tremendous improvements that my only regret is that we did not have my father at Pleasant View for the last couple of years. It truly is more of a home setting with a sun room for activities and my father absolutely loves the meals and his afternoon coffee. Our Mother was admitted for a little over a month for recovery and rehab following back surgery and while there the facility also monitored other medical conditions. We appreciated that admission was able to be secured on short notice. The staff was friendly and very willing to answer questions. We also appreciated their help in securing the proper bed and wheelchair as well as providing advice upon her release to return home. It was nice that the kitchen offered food alternatives in addition to the scheduled meals. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Install bed rails that can be pulled up. This would help prevent patients who have trouble comprehending from getting out of bed when they were only to do so with assistance. Also, the room itself could use a cosmetic update...

My mom has been staying here for the last month. It has been a great experience for her. She has had great Physical Therapy which is allowing her to return home stronger than before. I want to Thank all the awesome Nurses, Therapist, Cleaning staff, kitchen staff and administrative staff for treating my Ma and my huge family with care and respect!
