Platte River Foot & Ankle Surgeons

This place is the worse place to be. They only like taking money from people and not doing anything, for example: the wait time after you sign in is an hour, then after u get called by the doctor they take you to a room and u have to wait for the doctor for another hour, Only for him to come and tell u ‘let’s schedule an MRI and see what’s going’ mind you they haven’t even showed me any x-ray they did the last time I went. Ughhh I’m so angry My question is they couldn’t just ask me this over the phone? Why make me wait that long and also pay upfront fee just to tell me that. They are scammers to me and I suggest u think twice before going there. Customer service was badddddddddddd

The lady at the front was very nice and helpful and the nurses were friendly and very nice. Dr Waters was straight forward and told me what we could do for my issue and it was all done in and out quickly no sitting around forever

My doctor was very thorough and shared her findings with me showed me on the X-ray. She showed me exactly what was going on with my feet and why. She advised to give the most conservative approach first before surgery to fix my. I liked her, I liked her a lot. I can't remember her name, but I'm glad that I got to visit with her. I'm glad she's my podiatrist.

All the staff at Platte River are so helpful and kind. I never have a problem with scheduling an appointment. Everyone listens to my concerns and does their best to help me. Ashley is the epitome of a professional caregiver. She has helped me so much, I do not have near the pain I had before seeing her.

I did not see Dr. Waters. I did see a very pleasant and professional PA-C. We discussed my concerns and she explained what needed to be done. Pieces of my toenails will be sent to a laboratory and the next steps will be determined then. She provided a pleasant experience.
