Hastings Convenient Care PC

Got me in fast. I know that's not always the case but they weren't busy when I got in there this time. Their solution took care of the far majority of the problem. Have gone there before and it was never a bad experience. Would definitely recommend them for the small stuff.

I've had the occasion to use Hastings Convenient Care three time in the past few months for myself and child when my primary physician's office wasn't open. Everyone there has been so kind and attentive and I always leave feeling well-cared for. This is the only prompt/convenient care option in the area I've had a good experience with. So glad a friend recommended them to me!

Received great care from all of the staff. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The nurse was so compassionate while checking me in. The provider was great, I was tested for strep and thanks to her suggestion I didn't gag at all which is very unusual for me. Thanks for the great care.

All the staff are professional and courteous. Visit was not rushed and spent ample time with you. The paperwork and check-in process is lengthy and cumbersome but medically, is top notch and would return again and recommend to others.

I had a bit of a scare. My toenail came off and I am diabetic. It was Friday afternoon and my primary physician was booked, but he wanted me to be seen before the weekend. Check-in was easy because I did most of it on my phone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor, Susie, was kind and empathetic. She patched up my toe and gave me instructions. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is sick or mildly injured. A paper on the wall stated they have mental health services there as well. As kind as the staff were, it is a safe place to be seen for mental health problems as well.
