they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them but I had to do a star rating to post my review...do not waste your money and your time on this pharmacy..they used to be nice but lately they have become so rude and also so greedy about their delivery fees..they told me their driver came to my house 3 times last week and nobody was home so no more free delivery however everyone with Medicare and Medicaid knows they already get paid so much for that from the insurance company and when I asked them what was the dates of the three times that they delivered meds to me and I was not home they didn't ( couldn't) give me any dates nor the times of such deliveries and when I said fine charge me 8 bucks for the delivery but I am going to put a Google review about your pharmacy the supervisor guy said

Before Tom sold it, they were so kind and accommodating. There is a lady pharmacist in there that is extremely rude and nasty to people. Half the time they don't have what you need or only have a portion of it. A few months ago they gave me someone else's medications..talk about hippa.

I can't say enough good things about Bert's Pharmacy. Tom and his entire team are always professional, friendly, and fast. Everyone is always working hard, and willing to help anytime we pull up in the drive-thru or walk into the pharmacy. We appreciate it very much!

A great place. So, many things that are needed. Friendly and helpful people that work there.

Best pharmacy hands down. Hometown pharmacy feel with big pharmacy tech. I pull up and the staff all automatically know not only me but my family and gets our meds for me. They're always so friendly and never get annoyed at my million questions or phone calls. I love the app and the texts when our prescription are ready. Tom and his staff will always keep me a customer even when insurance tries to get me to use mail order prescriptions. Plus location is so convenient being at the doctor's office.
