Staff are very kind, friendly and very good at getting you an open appointment. Also the physician Dr. Oxenberg , Cherry Pie Ty, and Deborah Parlett are very thorough.
Jessica Dybus is amazing. She listens and makes you feel very comfortable. All the girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The techs are also great. Very happy with everyone working here.
Awful phlebotomist here. Went through the vein both times without hesitation nor care. Second time had lasting effects. Long wait times after check in both times I’ve had an appointment here too. It seems they overbook people for appointment time slots. Their records are disorganized, both times I’ve gone there were new notes in my patient file that had nothing to do with me. Wasn’t a fan of the care result here either so I’ll just wind up going to a men’s specialist. I suggest looking elsewhere if you have the opportunity.
Jessica Dybus is excellent, she listens with care and attention.
