I had such a great first time experience buying glasses at LensCrafters! The customer service was absolutely unbelievable. Jack, in particular, went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His sense of humor was an added bonus and made the experience even better. The prices were also very budget friendly, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured and felt confident in my purchase. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for glasses and a stress free, positive experience. I’ll absolutely be back in the future!!

Excellent service. Very nice employees, great Doctor. Very professional. They sell high end brands, so you'll pay more but you get what you pay for. They do things that discount eye centers don't do. Great customer service.

The sales person, James Bridgers was very helpful, professional, and personable. He was patient while showing me a variety of frames and helped me find a pair that I liked.
