My appointment was 12/10/25 the last appointment of the day . I want to thanks for the kindness and patience you guys showed toward my son, who is autistic. I truly appreciated Dr. Wade Ritter’s professionalism; he was very kind in explaining to my husband and me what to expect from him and the treatment. His calm and gentle approach helped my son feel relaxed, and he allowed the doctor to take the X-rays of his feet without any problem. Thank you so much for everything

Had very bad experience today! Called yesterday to make an appointment for today ( emergency visit since leaving the state) and could not go back any other day.Got it for today, all good. Came to the office to find out no appointment was made... And manager of the office was rude and said nothing she could do about it.. My daughter was in pain and she refused to honor the mistake they made. Came to the office many times, doctors are amazing, appointments take like max 10 min( ingrown toe nail cut), they could help us, since its their mistake! And my daughter was in pain, but MANAGER was rude and said we had to leave, she could at least check with doctor... but she just did NOT care...I asked her to listen to my call recording, because I did call and they confirm my time for today. it was

Dr. Honnick is personable, professional, and caring. His careful treatments have healed my feet - I can't thank him enough. His staff (Maria and Dawn) worked diligently (FOR MONTHS!), to facilitate my diabetic shoes being approved, by my insurance company - they never gave up. These ladies are even sweeter than the candies they always have available, at the reception desk.

From the first interview on the phone with office to the receptionist in the office, everyone was very polite, and professional plus they put me at ease Then once I was in the treatment room, I met Dr Ritter, one of the nicest doctors I've had in a while. He explained everything to me and I was told what could be done to help me. I'd tell anyone who needs a good foot and ankle man, just give him a call.

Staff here always greets us with a smile. Dr. Honick has been very thorough and I have seen an improvement since my husband has been seeing him. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
