I recently went back to this office as I’ve been to them before and actually really liked them. This time I’m not sure what is happening. I went In for a cleaning but was advised to get a debrinement since it had been awhile which I agreed to and paid out of pocket after they told me it wasn’t covered by insurance which was fine. When I went to pay for the services done they told me I had also a past due balance from 3/4 years prior that nobody made me aware of when I made My appointment, nobody made me aware when I checked In and was only made aware upon check out which was in my opinion unprofessional. I paid Everything and returned a couple of weeks later for 2 cavity fills which I was Told was ran through my insurance and paid my price. Fast forward to months later they send a bill to

It used to be great but off late I experience rudeness and unwelcome. I used to feel great for me and my family when the Mr. Mankame was alive and practicing but off late I don't even feel welcome or feel the incentive to go.

TOP TIER Customer Service and Cleanliness! I use to dislike dentist visits until I was referred to Dentist Smile Care in Plantation. I’ve only known them for 8 months and I feel like I’m apart of their work family. The dentist and assistants are all so very nice and professional. The Drs. Mankame are consistently the best dentists ever!! Thank you for taking care of our family all these years! Love that you have the dental care plan and we don’t have to worry about insurance anymore! Highly recommend for any self employed individuals or anyone who doesn’t have dental insurance!

I been going to this practice for over 7 years and all their staff is great and they are super efficient in coordinating future appointments and ensuring all your needs are taking care of. I love that you always get a to go bag regardless if you are an existing patient with dental goodie’s. I extremely recommend making this your dental office forever.
