Plantation General Hospital

Stephanie from the CT department night shift on 12/22/2025 was very kind and answered all my questions. Her care for the patients was outstanding. She treated me like family, which made me forget I was in pain and experiencing horrible discomfort. She is very educated and well-spoken, explaining the process clearly. I even had a fear of the machine, but she explained the differences between all scan machines and helped me understand the magnet's pull. I'm glad it's not the CT machine hope the hospital recognizes her professionalism and considers her for any job opportunities. The hospital staff was amazing, but Stephanie was outstanding and stood out. She knows her job! May God bless her with every career opportunity and good health. Thank you for the warm blanket. In the emergency room there is no air, no air conditioning anywhere. This is a hospital they need a/c to function to keep all patients and staff at great care. This is a health code violation. The security is so unprofessional. There been multiple reports from staff and patients about the A/C. The bathroom dirty with toilet paper everywhere. Garbage on the floors. Don’t wish this on no one.

I came into the ER with on and off Kidney infection for the past 4 months and several stones in both kidneys. From the moment I came in I was treated great and like a human especially with everything going on out there today with the medical field. Thankyou to my amazing nurse David and the other nurse who helped out Alexander and to the doctor Dr. Hagan (hopefully im spelling it correctly) he was absolutely amazing, great bedside manor and very good at explaining in layman terms. I will definitely come here in the future if I need emergency treatment. Even with a very b8sy ER I wasn't ignored and treated VERY well THANKYOU SO MUCH

I just want to share that the staff and service is amazing. I went there for the help to breed my Pomeranian named zini. Every time we left there my dog was not upset. And to me that is one of the most important things.

I usually don’t do reviews but I have say I had The best team of Nurses and Doctors they made me feel so much better than I came in every one was excellent ***** to all the nurses treated well
