Aiden, our sweet cat, has boarded at Plantation Animal Hospital for years, and he’s always happy and content when we pick him up—a huge difference from other facilities we've used. Recently, leaving him sick while traveling was stressful, but the staff noticed he was in distress and quickly involved Dr. Broadhurst. She treated him right away and sent daily updates, even calling me personally after our plane landed. Aiden was treated like royalty, and knowing he was loved and doted on brought us so much comfort. The compassion, attentiveness, and communication here are truly unmatched. We trust Dr. Broadhurst completely with his care.

Plantation was great when, as out-of-towner's, we experienced a medical emergency with our American Bully. While the results aren't what we hoped for, the care that he got was exceptional and we're thankful for everyone's compassion during such a stressful time.

I brought my puppy to Plantation Animal Hospital for cherry eye surgery. The front desk staff and vet techs were friendly and helpful, and the vet tech explained that while cherry eye can sometimes return, they had very good surgeons. Based on that reassurance, I trusted them to perform the surgery. Unfortunately, just four days after the procedure, the cherry eye reappeared — the surgery was a clear failure. When we called the surgeon, Dr. Suzy Broadhurst, she showed no concern, refused to examine my puppy, and simply referred us to a specialist who was booked for three months out. According to Dr. Broadhurst’s own notes, this was a severe case, which makes it all the more frustrating that we weren’t referred to a specialist in the first place.
