Island Walk Dental Care

I am very pleased with Island Walk Dental. Dr. Folstein has created a wonderful team. The moment you walk in everyone is courteous and friendly. The dental assistants were super nice and professional. Doctor Folstein was excellent in every aspect. She makes you feel so comfortable through her obvious knowledge and confidence. She explained each step as she was treating me which eliminated the anxiety I was experiencing when I arrived. I was so pleased that they were able to see me (my first visit) the morning I called with my emergency. I was seen promptly, no just waiting and wondering. The office and operatorios are beautiful and spotless. I’m so happy that I went to the Island Walk Dental Practice. I just moved to Florida and was concerned about finding a new dentist. As a person who dreads going to the dentist; Island Walk Dental Care renewed my faith in dentistry. Every staff member I interacted with were kind, genuine, and very patient! My visit was very pleasant and with the use of new advancing technology, many of my questions and concerns were addressed with visual aids as well as easy to understand language. Highly recommend!!

I wish they would have discussed the pros and cons about choosing a temporary (healing) dentures vs not. Had we understood the difference or its benefits would have been a deciding factor. Not to mention the whole process of getting the dentures from start to finish was not a great experience. Twice the lab or manufacturing place did not deliver on the dates that were given and instead of taking responsibility, since they are the ones that chose who they do business with, they couldn’t care less. My family and I thought we finally found a great place for dental care but we will never go there again.

I was recommended by a coworker and I took a chance after having several bad experiences. I am so glad I did. Everyone there is so nice, so caring. It was truly a wonderful experience. I’ve put off so much work just due to being so nervous about the dentist. The staff here is nothing short of amazing. I have spent most of my procedures with Dr. Schulte and Renee. The work that Dr. Schulte has completed has been great so far and Renee is just a sweet girl who has a calming presence to her that is great to be around. Thank you Renee and thank you Dr. Schulte!
