The staff and vets are very compassionate and caring. They are also very efficient and professional. They even remember you and your pet most of the time! I respect their knowledge also, they have been very accurate with what our beloved Doberman needs as she ages on to her next life!

These folks are just the best. The right balance of compassionate and practical, able to discuss the hard truths of caring for senior or feral cats without manipulating you into spending more. Thank you so much for helping me take care of my little colony!

The technical staff is very competent and caring. The staff at the reception are very professional and friendly. Martha is a wonderful groomer ! The vets and vet techs are always very clear in their communications, both when it comes to the options for care and the associated costs. I can say I definitely trust them and am happy we found them.

Very pleased with the ability to get an urgent appointment quickly. The vet was very nice and apparently diagnosed the problem with my little dog. I would have preferred that she examine my dog in the room with me.
